Sending your diamond/jewelry for processing

Sending and getting your diamond/jewelry processed from us is easy and secured. Just follow the following steps to get started. 1. Understand the processes and services Explore this websites main pages and the FAQ section to understand what services we offer and which processes may be suitable and beneficial for your diamond/jewelry. 2. Get an estimate Fill and submit the Price Quote/Shipping Label request form to get an estimate of cost and time for desired process. We also recommend you email us a picture of your diamond/jewelry for better estimates. 3. Send/ship your diamond for processing After we determine the suitability of your diamond/jewelry for processing and send you a price and process time estimates, you can send us the diamond/jewelry for processing. If you have requested a shipping label, we will email you the same with shipping instruction. Note that shipping and insurance charges will be charged to you in your invoice after the processing is done. Alternately, you can send your package to our address using your preffered shipper. Just send us an email with the information about your package being sent to us. Make sure to include the agreement form with your package. 4. Pay for the process and receive your diamond/jewelry back Once your diamond/jewelry is processed, we will email you an invoice. You can pay the invoice by following the link given in the email (generally through Google Checkout or Paypal).
